All bookings are subject to our Conditions of Hire.
We will confirm your booking on receipt of the completed signed booking form and the deposit.


We ask for a non refundable deposit of £50 per vehicle and that it is paid within 10 days of the booking.
Should the deposit not be received within this time, we regret that the booking will not be regarded as confirmed.

Outstanding balance

We ask that the remaining balance be paid 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. We regret that failure to pay the balance on time will result in the cancellation of the booking.

Booking dates
Should you wish to change the date of your booking, we will be happy to accommodate your request on the basis that you provide us with at least 3 months notice and the revised date is available. Please note that for your protection we will require written confirmation from you regarding any changes to the original booking.

Bookings at short notice
We may be able to provide vehicles at short notice, and for those made within 4 weeks of the service, the full balance will be due at the time of booking.

In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel the booking, we ask that it is confirmed via email or in writing for your protection. Should the cancellation be made within 1 month of the wedding when the full balance has been paid, we regret that we will not be able to offer a refund at such a late stage, hence we recommend that you take out suitable wedding insurance. If we are able re book the date, then we will refund the balance paid by you less the deposit.

Payment methods
We are able to accept a variety of payment methods including;

  • Cash
  • Cheques - Made payable to Wedding Cars of Hampshire Ltd
  • *On Line bank transfer.
  • *Credit or debit card.

Please ensure that you quote the invoice number on any transaction.

** There is no charge for using a debit card, however credit cards attract an additional charge of 2.5%

Our service standard
The Wedding Car hire service includes the journey from the brides home or collection address to the ceremony and then from the ceremony to the reception. We are able to undertake additional journeys if required, although these arrangements should ideally be made at the booking stage for which an additional charge may be made. The cars are available for photographs at any time during the hire period.

Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.

Food and drink
We ask that other food and drink is not consumed in the cars.

Unforeseen circumstances
We will arrive at the first pick up point at least 15 minutes before the time of departure, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

Our vehicles are maintained to the highest standard, however in the unlikely event of a mechanical failure we will endeavour to supply an alternative vehicle with a similar specification for your journey. If we are unable to supply a similar vehicle we will offer a full refund of the hire price or offer a lesser vehicle and a part refund.
